Biological aging under flower veil, 100% palomino, 7 years of aging through solera systems and criaderas in American oak boots. 15% Vol.
Tasting Note: Pale golden yellow color, clean and bright. On the nose, fine and intense profile. Aromas of toasted almonds, citrus peels and chamomile. The palate is light, dry and very soft. It stands out for its persistence and its unctuousness.
Matching: Born to accompany all kinds of seafood delicacies, especially seafood and fried fish. It is perfect for the aperitif and is traditional accompaniment of the typical Andalusian tapas.
